
Economist, International Trade Development, and Financial Advisory Professional with 20 years of experience in project management, organizational leadership, financial management, grants and procurement management, market research, capacity building, budgeting, financial and commercial proposal development. Mr. Mansour worked in Iraq during economics hardship in the nineties to build successful and sustainable projects in Iraq after graduation with a master degree in economics from the College of Economics in Baghdad, Iraq. By mastering Investment management and entrepreneur leadership, Mr. Mansour created industrial and commercial projects that landed on business opportunities and established productive businesses during a difficult time in Iraq economy. Since 2003 he worked with the US Government organizations and entities to provide project management, organizational leadership, financial management, grants and procurement management, market research, and capacity building for more than 28 projects for the US Army, US Air Force, NATO, and USAID, using more than 200 million dollars from the USA Government funds to establish new capabilities in Iraq and more than 15000 employment opportunities. Mr. Mansour currently focuses on private sector development and partnership, to rebuild the Iraqi emerging market and develop the economy. Mr. Mansour graduated from many training courses in financial management and US governmental projects management, he is an active member of the Iraqi Economists Syndicate, The Kurdistan Economists Society, The Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, and the Kurdistan Chamber of Commerce.
