Mr. Fronjosa initiated his professional career in international finance in 1996 when he wrote a dissertation on international sources of financing for the Venezuelan Mining Industry. Since then, he has been involved in transactions in the Power Generation and Distribution, Mining, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Social Housing, and Agribusiness sectors. With professional experience working for multilateral agencies/government backed sources of funding, and extractive industries (oil & gas and mining sectors) Mr. Fronjosa has enjoyed long-term assignments at the Inter-American Development Bank and Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA). He holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering (Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas) and completed graduate studies in finance (Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas) and international management (Thunderbird, Phoenix). Mr. Fronjosa possesses particular cross-cultural communication skills having interacted in international environments for most of his professional career. He is fluent in Spanish and English with working knowledge of Portuguese. Mr. Fronjosa has lectured at Georgetown University.
